seated bent knee calf raises

Squats

sissy squats

dead lifts

2 sets of knee ups

Russian squat machine
machine has good resistance alone about 90# x10
+90x8x2

That was it, my feet keep on cramping for some reason...not sure what I am missing... so no lunges --yet

I bought us a $200 pool from Wal-Mart and it weighs about that much...so I am gonna see about getting it set up today in the backyard, but I may have to wait for DH to help me tomorrow. Who knows I'll probably hulk out and get it out of the van somehow all by myself woohoo
