Workin' It!

I've been workin' it today~ got a lot done and feel like a CHAMP! At least 5x's better that I felt yesterday...that's what you call MOJO BABY!!!
I got in a good leg workout with my DH this afternoon:
warm up r-bike 10 mins

Squats
45x15
warm up 95x10
135x10
135x7
Leg curls
80x10
90x10x2
Leg Extensions
110x20
130x10
150x10x2
Lower back extension
70x25x2
90x20
Russian Squat Machine
Machine x 25
90x15x3
That was all...I expect a bigger more intense workout for legs again on Fri or SAT.
