Moving Forward with Week 5!


Hey All!! Hope you are doing great...It seems like everyone if fired up for week #5!! I know I am~ ! After this week we'll be HALF done! Can you believe that?? My goodness time flies. It really seems like it was just summer here and now it's instantly fall...all the leaves are changing colors, etc... VERY PRETTY , but Chilly!
My week#5 POA:
BOOSTING (week 2 of it...I can't wait for it to be over!! LOL!)
mini challenge~Workout with someone
personal challenge~ limit wheat...I'm finding more an more WHEAT causes me more issues than dairy even. I will continue to monitor and limit both
M- MISH MOSH workout for upper body~ Just getting back to it...maybe a little run on tready with my new shoes!
T- Legs
W- BACK
Th- off from gym...but I am working out at home with a friend/trainer...she's gonna help me with boxing :)
F- Chest
S- LEGS
Su- off
NEXT MONDAY= BUFFING! HEY HAY HAW~ WHOOHOO!!

  1. how CAN you go wrong with boxing? seriously a great workout.....

    one tip -- If I may...dont hit too hard...people get carried away their first time out and yeah ...you hit the bag wrong and it hurts..... wait ..youre workin out at home...scratch that...
