I had a decent workout...

Here's the workout

supposed to do legs today, but my legs are still sore from tues...so I did a weird leg workout instead of a normal one

ab machine

Adductor
50x20 then 10 short moves in 5 different positions=50 pulses
50x20

Abductor
50x20
70x10

Knee extensions
one leg at a time
70x10x2
together 110x10
130x10x2

Cats
3 at each position holding 10 secs each
Supermans
3 each arm holding 10 sec each

Roman chair knee ups
40 reps--some to the sides

Then 15 min r-bike
8 min on treddy...then that was all

Have not had any coffee since Sunday...so that is going good. I am sleeping so GREAT! Although I am having caffine from tea...just no coffee. The reason behind the coffee ommitance is CORTISOL...coffee is supposed to elevate cortisol levels...and I don't need any more of that than I naturally produce from my stressful life, lol!

I am excited for the weekend!! We have date night tomorrow...and I can't wait to try the new pf changs and wear my new outfit. The weather here is BEAUTIFUL! so I will have to get outside to enjoy it a bit tomorrow too!
