inspiration




Inspiration is all around!!

I have noticed that when you look for inspiration, you find it EVERYWHERE!
Inspiration is all Around~
I was on BodySpace to day browsing through some members and found SO many inspirational people...their determination to lose often more than 50pounds is AWESOME...

Then tonight at the gym, I was inspired by seeing others working out hard including a lady that was missing half her arm...NO EXCUSES!!

Anyhow~
I got to the gym late tonight, but I am so happy I went!! It was almost 9:30 when I got there.

Warm up elliptical- hard for 6 mins
Squats
45x20
95x10
135x10x3
knee ups on roman chair 2x20

Leg curls (bent over version)
70x6
70x10
70x8

Smith lunges
70x10 (my back was being a bugger here), so that's why the low weight

Knee extensions
90x20
130x10x2
150x10

Lower back extensions (butt empahsis)
no wtx50 to 60
25x20x2

Walking lunges
60x13 each leg

Run intervals
9mph for hard mins- 5 1 min on:1min off, then 3 in a row
6mph easy mins
20 min on treddy total

40 knee ups on roman chair
Ab roller- 30 hard
ab roll obliques 20 each side

earlier today- 3 sets jump squats 15 followed by 10 jumpshots

gonna shower now ;)
