Attack It!
POA~ BUFFING hard!! + Operation Booty- goal= keep it sore!!
M- Travis's Bday!! workout with him~ back, shoulders, biceps, run intervals, followed by walking lunges
T- KIDS BACK IN SCHOOL!!! Chest, tris, intervals and booty stuff
W- Legs- LOTS of BUTT stuff!!
Th-back, run
F- chest, intervals+ walking lunges after intervals
Sa- Legs--booty focus again!!
Sun- run
Monday--I will hit my goal of being 123!!! Start boosting for a week ( it will be a very slight short boost as the beach will be less than 2 weeks away!!)
